Whether you are starting on your wellness journey or well into it, working with a wellness coach has many benefits.
Suppose you are at the beginning of this wonderful journey of loving and looking after yourself. In that case, as your wellness coach, I will show you how to train your body, improve your diet, and, amongst other things, help you develop core strength, flexibility, and mobility.
If you are already on your wellness journey, I will help you reach the next level and bring new life and direction into your program; we must change our workout regime and challenge ourselves with new ways to stay fit, healthy, and strong.
My journey started as a track and long-distance runner, representing my school and district in junior and high school in London, where I grew up.
I trained with professional athletes at New River Sports Center in north London. I trained as a professional dancer and toured with various dance companies. I have always been a fitness enthusiast. I have always been fit and always trained 4-5 times a week.
After injuring my knees while training, injuring my shoulder while training, and injuring my back while training, I concluded that there must be a better way to train long-term and not hurt yourself, so I started from scratch with an open mind to learn all I could about how to safely and effectively create and design the body I wanted and to do it without hurting myself.
What I have learned and how I train now compared to what I have been doing for years is life-changing. I am a new person, a stronger leaner, and the most flexible I have ever been; I am excited about the things I can do now that I could not do before, and I want to share all this knowledge with you.
I offer a 30-minute free consultation session where I assess you, determine your goals, and how I can help you improve your wellness.
Sessions are held at the EWO Productions studio in Lihue, and I am also available for home bookings.
I work with people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. My oldest client is 84 years old. It is never too late to get in shape and have fun while doing so.
